Exploring drama concepts, creating stories, learning musical theatre-styled songs and dances, creating characters, developing confidence with public speaking, social skills and co-operation while having a lot of fun.
Students develop acting skills through improvisation, vocal techniques, script work and song & dance.
Classes from 5yrs to senior levels
Saturday Workshops for Drama & Musical Theatre
3 – 4 sessions per term each at 2 ½ hours (on pre-allocated dates).
For those unable to commit to a weekly class but still wanting to explore the world of drama and musical theatre, these workshop – style sessions have time to allow for more extensive content which encourages focused concentration and retention.
Sessions are interconnected so students are expected to attend all sessions each term.
Classes from 7yrs to senior levels
Dee offers coaching for:
Monologue and duologue study, audition and concert preparation as well as small scene work.
These sesions allow students the chance to work on skills and hone talents unable to be given personal / sufficient time within regular class times
Saturdays 1.30 – 2.30 (1/2 hour or 1 hour time slots available)
(Workshop students : take advantage of this opportunity a grab some ‘one on one’ help prior to your monthly drama workshops)
This class is open to anyone wanting to improve their acting, or public speaking skills.
