Katie began dancing at BDC at the age of four and quickly developed a love for all things dance, especially ballet!

Over the years she has taken classes at the studio in ballet, jazz, contemporary and been actively involved in BDC’s competition team.

Now, as our Administrative Coordinator and Operations Manager, Katie loves supporting the studio community in a different way. She works carefully behind the scenes to support our families, dancers and teachers, creating a welcoming and organised environment.

Currently studying Law and Arts, Katie brings a thoughtful, organised and professional approach to her role. She believes strongly in the importance of kindness, inclusivity and respect, and the incredible ability of dance to build confidence and empower young people.
