Caroline started ballet when she was 6 years old and started jazz and contemporary two years later. She remained at her local ballet school for eight years and at the age of 15 was accepted at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School. Caroline loved her time at VCASS and after completing year 12, then moved to Paris, where she attended L’Academie Internationale de la Danse.
Caroline returned to Australia in 1989. In 1991 she became an Associate of Cecchetti Ballet with Distinction, in 1992 passed her Cecchetti Advanced examination with Honours and in 1994 passed the Cecchetti Diploma with Distinction.

Caroline loves all forms of dance, but is particularly passionate about classical ballet. She has always loved the discipline, beauty and grace of ballet, and believes it’s the foundation of all types of dance. She aims to teach students good posture, musicality, to improve their self esteem and above all, share her love and enjoyment of dance. She aims to provide tuition that is anatomically safe, encourages self-expression and gives a well rounded knowledge of ballet.

Caroline joins us to share her experience and enthusiasm with our open and adult ballet students.
